Ingredients

2 DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Leg Confit
1 loaf fresh bread
1/2 cup roasted tomatoes
2 avocados
1 cup fresh basil

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. If you have a covection setting, use it. Place duck leg confit skin side up on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Cook until skin is crispy, cracklin', and golden - about 25 minutes

Step 2 - Shred confit legs with a fork

Step 3 - Cover bread with thin avocado slices.

Step 4 - Top with lots of confit followed by some roasted tomatoes and basil (chopped or whole leaves). Enjoy immediately.
