Delivery Rates

Shipping is $19.99*

*Orders to Washington and Oregon have a $34.99 flat rate shipping fee.

If there's duck breast or anything other meat products in your order, shipping is $19.99. Sending perishable meat across the country is challenging. Safe and dependable delivery of duck to your door requires top-notch perishable shipping practices. That means plenty of dry ice, the best box refrigeration system available, and total attention to detail.

Due to high temperatures your items may thaw in transit, please freeze or refrigerate immediately.

Changing or Altering Delivery Date

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Please do not contact FedEx to change or alter your delivery date. This type of request is not possible. FedEx cannot alter your delivery date once the order is in transit. Additionally, FedEx does not have refrigerated warehousing capabilities and thus, cannot store your shipment for any period of time.

If you need to make a change to your shipment, please email howdy@DUCKCHAR.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will be more than happy to work with you and find a delivery date that’s acceptable. Please note that once an order is picked up by FedEx (or any other shipping service), we cannot adjust or delay your delivery date.

Transit times

Packages typically arrive in 3 to 10 business days or less - depending on delivery location. Tracking numbers are provided.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Shipping accuracy

Be sure your address is correct. Due to the perishable nature of our product, incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery or damaged goods.
