Refrigerator Thawing: How to Defrost Duck in the Fridge

Step 1 - Just place frozen DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast in your fridge, leave it there overnight, and it will thaw by the next day. Thawing in the fridge keeps the meat cold and at a safe temperature.
Step 2 - Cook duck breast within 1 or 2 days of defrosting in the refrigerator.
