Ingredients

1 LB DUCKCHAR Duck Confit Carnitas
8 corn tortillas
2 avocados, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro
1 cup radish, shaved
2 cups, corn salsa
Sriracha sauce, to taste

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - In a small sauce pan, slowly heat duck carnitas. Use a wooden spoon to break up the confit. Stir often. It’s ready to serve when it’s hot - about 10 minutes.

Step 2 - Carefully heat up tortillas until the are nicely charred.

Step 3 - Make the duck carnitas tacos. Go heavy on the carnitas portion for each taco and combine with salsa, avocado, cilantro, radish and sriracha. Enjoy.
