Ingredients

DUCKCHAR Duck Chorizo Sausages, 4 pack
2 tablespoons DUCKCHAR Duck Fat
6 ounces edamame
1 Fennel bulb, cut into wedges
4 Garlic cloves
1 LB cherry tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast cherry tomatoes in a dish with 1 TB duck fat. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst. Stir the tomatoes once or twice during the cooking process.

Step 2 - Heat large skillet over medium heat with 1 TB duck fat, garlic, and fennel. Cook until soft and lightly charred.

Step 3 - In another large skillet, cook sausages over medium heat with duck fat for about 15 minutes.

Step 4 - With a large serving dish combine roasted tomatoes, and sautéed vegetables. Top with sausages and a little fresh fennel for garnish. Serve and enjoy immediately.
