About this Jalapeño Poppers Recipe…
Duck jalapeño poppers are the perfect appetizer to make on the grill or smoker. These jalapeño poppers have just a few ingredients and a couple of them involve a simple twist. First, let’s talk about the duck bacon. Duck bacon is just like regular bacon but better. It’s deeply flavored and when you combine duck fat bacon with a jalapeño, something magical happens. Second let’s talk about the filling: duck fat, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar. Duck fat enhances the flavor of everything it touches - especially vegetables. When duck fat is combined with this mix and then used to cook a jalapeño from the inside out, well that’s pure gold.
