How to Make Your Roasted Potatoes Extra Crispy and Rich
We were inspired my Cinco De Mayo last weekend. We put to work the rendered duck fat that we saved from our last meal. Spicy roasted duck fat potatoes are perfectly crispy, delicious, and yes, SPICY, depending on your jalapeno hook-up. We're giving it a 5-star, 10/10, perfect review.
